This page explains in straightforward terms what information may be submitted through the contact form, why it is requested, how long it remains useful and how you can exercise your rights. The guiding principle is to request only the minimum needed at the first stage.

What data is collected?
The form may collect your name, organisation or context, email address, mission type and the message describing your situation. These fields allow the request to be understood and answered without requiring a complete case file at the outset.
Do not submit passwords, banking details, identity documents, access secrets or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the initial assessment. A factual summary, a few dates and the main public references are generally enough to determine whether the request falls within scope.
The hosting infrastructure may also process technical data strictly necessary to deliver and secure the pages, including the IP address, request date and time, requested resource, browser type and any error messages. These logs are not used to build a commercial profile.
Why is it used?
Data is used only to receive, assess and handle your request, respond to you, review the feasibility and legality of a possible mission, and manage the resulting exchanges. Assessment may lead to a request for clarification, a narrower proposed scope or an explanation that the matter cannot be handled.
Your information is not sold, rented or added to an automated marketing database. Its use remains connected to the enquiry you initiated and to the next steps you choose to take.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your request and, where relevant, pre-contractual measures needed to respond. If a mission is later accepted, additional data-processing information may be provided according to its purpose, participants and specific obligations.
Information is retained for the time needed to assess, handle and follow up the relationship, then deleted or archived where continued retention is required to meet a legal obligation, establish a right or address a dispute.
Recipients and security
Information is limited to people responsible for assessing or handling the request. If a specialist must be involved, access is limited to what is necessary for that person's role and the scope agreed with the client.
As no web channel can guarantee absolute secrecy, send a concise first message without attachments, login credentials or unnecessarily sensitive material. A more appropriate channel can be agreed later if the case requires one.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to certain uses. A reasonable identity check may be required to prevent information being disclosed to the wrong person.
Use the confidential form, clearly state that the request concerns personal data and describe the right you wish to exercise. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookie or third-party audience measurement. Ordinary browsing is therefore not used to build an advertising profile or follow you across other websites.
A strictly necessary session cookie protects the form from unauthorised submissions. It is not used for advertising or to recognise you on a later visit and is removed when the browser is closed.
