Reporting combines a short brief for decisions, a full file for review and recommendations ranked by priority. Where necessary, it prepares a clear handover to legal, communications, cyber or security specialists.

Every report separates verified facts, plausible hypotheses, unknowns, immediate risks and recommended actions. Confidence levels show what is solid, uncertain or incomplete. The executive summary answers the main questions quickly, while appendices preserve the sources, timeline and reasoning needed for independent review.
Language remains deliberately straightforward. A reader coming to the case for the first time should understand where each important finding came from, why it matters, what its limitations are and which decision it can reasonably support.
